How to use 2go.net.au VoIP Softphone

Please Note: You will need Microsoft Internet Explorer with ActiveX Control enabled.

*To setup your existing provider, simply click the "Launch My Phone" button above. You may be prompted to "Accept ActiveX Control". Click YES to continue.

*Once the phone interface has loaded, choose "Status/VOIP Account" from the top menu. Enter your Login ID, Password and SIP Proxy Server details in the space provided.
(you may have to see your VSP or systems administrator for this information). Then click the "Online" button above the details you just entered. You should see the status log reflect your connection to your server.

*Next, choose "Settings" from the menu. Tick the box "Remember Me" and you are ready to make calls.

*To make a call, simply choose "Dial Pad" from the top menu and you are ready to go.
